Our all-star team is led by Mark Band, Pascal Steltenpool and Luuk Hulscher: three hard-working estate agents with a wealth of experience in the housing market. “Prior to ZekerWonen, I worked for two large estate agencies between 1994 and 2012 in the Amsterdam region – first as an agent, then as a location manager. I was sworn in as an estate agent and valuer in 2007 when I also became a location manager. In April 2012, I felt it was time to take the next step in my career and founded ZekerWonen. At ZekerWonen, we specialise in purchases and valuations for the private housing market and we are there for our clients every day, providing the best possible service. Hard work, high quality, flexibility and fun are all very important to us. I’m married to Marlies and we have two children. My hobbies are playing football and running.”

“After leaving school, I worked for the Municipal Ombudsman, assessing municipal guarantee entitlements. When the municipal guarantee became the national mortgage guarantee, I went to work for the mortgage department at ASR Insurance. Following a restructuring in 2015, I found a new position at ZekerWonen as office manager. It was a perfect match. The team has grown over the years, but the atmosphere is as fun as ever. I thoroughly enjoy the personal contact with clients, not least because purchasing a house is always exciting and it’s a pleasure to assist. “In 1990, my real estate adventure began. I was 19 at the time. Some 30 years later, I now have a wealth of experience as a result of working with many estate agencies. In 2000, I was sworn in as a estate agent and valuer. ZekerWonen has truly become my home. We specialise in valuation and purchases, which I personally find the most exciting aspects of the business. My knowledge is put to good use as I get to advise clients on one of the most important choices they will ever make. My hobbies include fixing things, fitness and running. But my greatest passion is working at ZekerWonen.”
